A senior French diplomat suggested the assasination of Erdoğan during a live broadcast on French TV.
"Erdoğan will lock all the possible ways. Therefore the only solution is a civil war or it's hard to say but it's his assasination." These outrageous words belong to Philippe Moreau Defarges, former diplomat and a senior fellow at the famous French institute of international relations.
The results of 16th of April referendum made the West furious and they acted disrespectfully toward the will of the Turkish nation at the ballot boxes.
Anti-Turkish and Islamaphobic political discourse are used by the whole of Europe. However, Mr Defarges brought hate sentiments a step further. During a live broadcast on BFM TV, Defarges called for the assassination of Erdoğan.
"Erdoğan wanted to increase his powers but this will only lead him to a catastrophe. This will lead him to catastrophe? Yes of course. As far as we see a legal solution is not possible. The demands of Turkish people worth to be taken into consideration but it will not lead to anywhere because Erdogan will lock all the possible ways. Therefore the only solution is a civil war or it's hard to say but it's his assasination." These outrageous words one more time proved that Europe does not show respect to democratic will of Turkish nation and don't want to see a strong and independent Turkey.
