Tensions are rising even before Brexit negotiations formally get under way.The UK's Brexit Minister David Davis has responded to speculation over an astronomical bill proposed by the EU for Britain to leave the union.Davis said the UK would not be paying the 100 billion euro figure that is widely believed to reflect eu demands.
