Bayern Munich are close to a deal with Juventus on a transfer of Brazilian winger Douglas Costa to the Italian champions.
Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said Monday the Bundesliga champions were in "concrete talks" with Juventus but a deal has yet to be finalised.
Italian media reports said 26-year-old Costa could move on a loan deal with a later purchase option.
Costa has told Bayern he would like to move, and the talks with Juve have been "positive," Rummenigge said.
"There is a sum and when this sum has been reached we are ready to close (the deal)," he said.
Costa arrived at Bayern from Shakhtar Donetsk ahead of the 2015-16 season for a reported 30 million euros (34 million dollars).
According to German media reports, Bayern are asking 40 million euros for the Brazil international.
