US President Donald Trump says he is taking action on the international deal with Iran because he is "tired of being taken advantage of."
Trump said at a Cabinet meeting just days after he announced his administration's new Iran policy that he is waiting for Congress to act to present changes to US legislation on Iran that accompanies the international Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
He said that the action could lead to improvement of the deal or to the US walking away, which "some people might say is more likely."
