
Ukraine's Zelenskiy says US is 'constantly' changing terms of minerals deal
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy stated on Thursday that the U.S. is "constantly" altering the terms of the proposed minerals deal with Ukraine but emphasized that Kyiv does not want Washington to perceive it as opposing the deal.

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Thursday the U.S. is "constantly" changing the terms of the proposed minerals deal with Ukraine, but added that he did not want Washington to think Kyiv was against the deal.
Zelenskiy said in Paris he believed the U.S. stance against Russia should be stronger.
