Taiwan's coast guard said Thursday that three crew members out of nine missing after a cargo ship capsized had been found ashore.
Two foreigners claiming to be crew members of the ship were brought to a police station and they were "confirmed to be the first mate and chef of the ship", the coast guard said in a statement, adding that a search on the shore found a third crew member.
