Erdoğan, Indonesian president-elect Prabowo Subianto meet in Ankara

On Tuesday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with Indonesia's President-elect Prabowo Subianto at the presidential complex in Ankara. The meeting, which took place behind closed doors, was aimed at discussing important matters between the two leaders.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Tuesday met with Indonesia's President-elect Prabowo Subianto in the capital Ankara.

The meeting at the presidential complex was held behind closed doors.

Subianto arrived in Ankara on an official visit on Monday, and had a meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

Subianto was elected the president of Indonesia in February.

He will take over as president in October.

Subianto was in France for Olympics from where he flew to Ankara.
