The Turkish Treasury and Finance Ministry on Tuesday authorized three international institutions to issue a dollar-denominated bond.
The decision was taken as part of the Treasury's 2020 external borrowing program, the ministry said in a statement.
Thus, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, and Morgan Stanley will issue dollar-denominated bond due 2031.
