Russian lower house speaker Vyacheslav Volodin passed a message from President Vladimir Putin to Iran's leadership during a visit to Tehran on Wednesday, the lower house said.
Volodin, who attended the funeral of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, met interim president Mohammad Mokhber, it said.
