The United States said Tuesday it will support Russian fertilizer exports, a grievance for Moscow after sweeping sanctions over its invasion of Ukraine.
"The United States will help restore Russia's access to the world market for agricultural and fertilizer exports, lower maritime insurance costs and enhance access to ports and payment systems for such transactions," a White House statement said following conflict talks in Saudi Arabia.
