EU's Borrell slams comments by China's ambassador in Paris

EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell slammed comments from the Chinese Ambassador to France questioning the sovereignty of ex-Soviet republics on Twitter on Sunday.
Borrell branded the remarks from Chinese Ambassador Lu Shaye on French television as "unacceptable."
The European Union "can only suppose these declarations do not represent China's official policy," Borrell continued.
The incident has sparked outrage from the Baltic states which are both members of the EU and NATO.
