
Kremlin: Black Sea deal may activate soon
The Kremlin announced that a Black Sea maritime security deal could be activated once certain conditions are met, following separate agreements between the U.S., Ukraine, and Russia to halt Black Sea fighting and pause energy target attacks.

The Kremlin said on Wednesday that a Black Sea maritime security deal could be activated after a number of conditions are met.
The United States reached separate deals on Tuesday with Ukraine and Russia to cease fighting in the Black Sea and pause attacks against energy targets, with Washington agreeing to push to lift some sanctions against Moscow.
