Ukrainian-made Flamingo missiles hit a plant overnight producing artillery systems and components for missile launch systems in Russia's Volgograd region, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Saturday.
He said on the Telegram app that the strikes caused a fire at the premises of the Titan-Barrikady plant.
