The U.S. seems unlikely to move toward an export ban on diesel, Irish Energy Minister Darragh O'Brien said on Tuesday.
Based on information he received during a trip to the U.S. last week, the minister said there seemed to be no push towards such a ban.
O'Brien said EU member states should remain vigilant and prepared with reserves, however, as such a ban would have significant impact on the EU market.
