Turkish technology minister tests Togg's new model T10F

The Minister of Industry and Technology, Mehmet Fatih Kacır, visited the technology campus of Türkiye's Automobile Initiative Group (TOGG) located in Gemlik, Bursa.

After receiving information from company officials about their operations, Kacır conducted a test drive of the T10F, Togg's first sedan model, which has started the testing processes for safety and durability.

In his statement, Kacır reported that both R&D and production activities at Togg are progressing rapidly, saying: "As you know, starting in September, we initiated the process of aligning with global safety regulations in Türkiye. General Safety Regulations (GSR) 2 became mandatory in Türkiye as of September. Togg, of course, quickly adapted to this new regulation. I also had the pleasure of experiencing Togg's autonomous driving capabilities firsthand."

"AN ADDITIONAL RANGE OF 80 KILOMETERS"
Kacır noted that Togg's new model, the T10F, will be launched next year, and continued: "With the T10F, Togg will now be addressing a very different target audience. This model is designed to be sportier while also meeting the expectations of a sedan vehicle. Additionally, the T10F will have 80 kilometers more range compared to the existing SUV model. This is a feature that electric vehicle users will greatly appreciate. As you know, we place great importance on the widespread adoption of both Togg and other electric vehicles in Türkiye."

Kacır pointed out that, with the support provided, charging stations for electric vehicles have been made widely available in all cities across the country.

He mentioned that there are currently 23,000 public charging points in all cities, 8,000 of which offer fast charging capabilities.

"WE WILL CONTINUE TO ALWAYS STAND BY AND SUPPORT TOGG"
Kacır emphasized that they will further expand private sector investments in charging stations with continued support in the coming period, and added: "Türkiye is already one of the leading countries in Europe in terms of public charging stations per electric vehicle. We will strengthen this leadership even more, and Togg will continue to be the pride of Türkiye, both in the fields of R&D and innovation, as well as in production capabilities. We will always stand by and support Togg. There is an amazing, young, and experienced team here. Therefore, we will always support them in the work they carry out for Türkiye's future, with their hard work and intellect."
