The Ankara Governorship issued a warning to citizens regarding HÜRJET's supersonic flight.

In a statement on its social media account, the governorship said, "Our HÜRJET aircraft will conduct its first flight above the speed of sound, using Mürted Airfield for planned and controlled takeoff and landing. This is shared with citizens to prevent any unease or panic."
