Fight between two rappers shuts down part of Paris airport

Prominent French rappers Booba and Kaaris were in custody Thursday after video emerged of them fighting in a crowd inside Paris' Orly airport, according to a French prosecutor.
Twelve others who were involved in the Wednesday afternoon disruptions that delayed flights were also in custody Thursday morning, official Laure Beccuau told AP.
The video that was filmed and posted online by passengers shows multiple men scuffling, throwing punches and then ransacking a Duty Free store in the departure lounge in West Terminal's Hall 1.

Booba, who grew up in Boulogne-Billancourt in the outskirts of Paris, is among France's most successful rap artists working today. He lives in Miami but has yet to achieve success on the US market.
The fights saw the entourage of Booba pitted against that of his rival and former collaborator Kaaris, according to French media.
Booba and Kaaris used to be close friends and collaborated on the hit 2012 track "Kalash."
But their relationship soured following the release of the recording, as Booba said he felt his protege didn't support him in a feud with fellow rap musician, Rohff.
Booba and Kaaris have since often traded barbs on social media.
The 14 people were questioned for the violence by the French border police and held overnight.
The body that runs Orly, Aeroports de Paris, told AP Thursday they are filing a complaint against the stars who were heading to Barcelona for a performance.
