Former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein is accused of assaulting and harassing a 16-year-old girl, according to a series of new court documents filed Wednesday.
The documents, reportedly seen by Sky News, say that the teenager moved from Poland to the US in 2002 and first met Weinstein aged 16 at an event organized by her modelling agency.
The documents allege that the teenager, referred to as "Jane Doe," was a few days later taken to the producer's Soho home where he demanded sex.
"Weinstein threatened and pressured Jane Doe, saying that he had 'made' the careers of Penelope Cruz and Gwyneth Paltrow, and that neither would be working without him," the documents reportedly said.
Lawyers also allege that the producer "forcibly caused her to touch him" despite Jane Doe's protests and made it clear that "by refusing his sexual demands, Jane Doe was giving up her opportunity to make it in Hollywood."
The Polish girl, the youngest publicly known alleged victim, is one of 10 named plaintiffs in an expanded class action filed by law firm Hagens Berman, Sky News reported.
The suit has been expanded to also accuse a series of companies and individuals in Weinstein's orbit of being aware of his alleged illegal conduct and failing to stop it.
Dozens of women including high-profile actresses have accused Weinstein of sexual assault since October 2017, when US media detailed numerous allegations against him.
Currently out on 1-million-dollar bail, he is also facing six charges of rape and sexual assault and one of count of violating sex-trafficking laws, which he denies.
