In a viral video shared on social media recently it can be seen an incredible moment in which a horizontal lightning crosses the sky.
It should be noted that lightning can occur in two ways, one of which is within the cloud (lightning), or from the cloud to the Earth (lightning).
According to National Geographic, lightning is formed when "opposite charges accumulate in clouds enough that this insulating capacity of the air is broken and a rapid discharge of electricity that we know as lightning occurs."
In the video that was shared on social networks, you can see the moment when lightning crosses the sky in the middle of a strong storm that was occurring.
