A video has showed PKK/PYD terrorists while torturing civilians in Raqqah province in northeastern Syria.
Obtained by an Anadolu Agency reporter, the footage shows two terrorists while badly beating civilians tied from arms to legs in Mansura village in western Raqqah.
One of the terrorists shouts "we know you are not a Daesh member, yet you will tell us where they are," while he hits one of the civilians under his chair.
A local resident, who gave his name as Ahmed al-Abdullah Jaber, speaks in another video about being mistreated by PKK/PYD terrorists after their capture his Kerame town in northern Raqqah.
"The soldiers plundered our houses, mistreated us," he says. "Civilians are being tortured and the situation is terrible," he added, going on to appeal for help.
The PKK/PYD is part of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) involved in the plan to capture Raqqah and who have been supplied with U.S. arms.
Ankara views the PKK/PYD, which is the Syrian branch of the PKK, as a terrorist group and fears weapons supplied to the PKK/PYD for the operation to oust Daesh from Syria's Raqqah will end up in the hands of PKK terrorists fighting Turkish security forces.
More than 1,200 people, including security force personnel and civilians, have lost their lives since the PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S., and the EU -- resumed its decades-long armed campaign in July 2015.
