Israeli forces rounded up eight Palestinians in overnight raids carried out across the occupied West Bank, according to the military on Monday.
The individuals were arrested for "suspected involvement in terrorist activities", the army said, adding that they had since been referred to relevant authorities for further investigation.
The Israeli army frequently carries out wide-ranging arrest campaigns across the occupied West Bank on the pretext of searching for "wanted" Palestinians.
According to estimates, around 6,000 Palestinians are currently languishing in Israeli detention facilities, including women, children and a handful of lawmakers.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army said its forces raided the house of a Palestinian youth suspected of killing a settler in a shooting attack in the northern West Bank on Sunday.
On Monday, Israeli forces raided several homes and shops in the West Bank city of Salfit in hunt for the shooter.
