7 Palestinian detainees infected with COVID-19 in Israeli prison

The Palestinian NGO said in a statement that the administration of Ofer prison, located west of the West Bank city of Ramallah, informed the detainees that seven of them were infected with COVID-19.
This announcement has raised the number of Palestinian detainees infected with the virus to 24.
Around 4,300 Palestinians, including 41 women and 160 minors, are currently held in Israeli prisons, according to Palestinian figures.
