Iran charges United States with fabricating pretext for war

"Intelligence from Iraq has indicated U.S. plot to fabricate the pretext for war. Iran does not seek war but will defend its people, security and vital interests," Iranian top diplomat Mohammad Javad Zarif said in a social media post on Thursday.
