Six Iranians were killed on Sunday by heavy rains and floods that hit several provinces of the country, according to local media.
Mehdi Valipour, head of relief and rescue at the Iranian Red Crescent Society, said the floods ravaged the northern, northwestern, central, and southeastern provinces of the country, news portal Eghtesadonline reported.
Valipour said rescue teams are struggling to find two people missing after the floods.
