Iraq says fire breaks out at Baghdad airport

A fire broke out at the departure hall of Iraq's Baghdad International Airport, according to the Iraqi authorities on Tuesday.

In a statement, the Civil Defense Directorate said firefighters rushed to the airport to extinguish the blaze.

Three workers at the airport were treated from smoke inhalation, the statement said.

The cause of the fire remains unclear.
