Israeli military says four soldiers killed in southern Gaza
The Israeli army reported that four soldiers were killed in clashes in Rafah, Gaza, with three from the Givati Brigade's Shaked Battalion and one from the 401st Armored Brigade. Five additional soldiers were wounded, including three critically.

The Israeli military said on Wednesday four soldiers were killed in combat in southern Gaza.
In a statement, the army said three of the slain soldiers, including a deputy company commander, were part of the Givati Brigade's Shaked Battalion. The fourth was a female soldier serving in the 401st Armored Brigade's 52nd Battalion.
Three soldiers were severely wounded and two others moderately wounded in the same incident, it said.
