The Russian side defeated Greece's Panathinaikos Superfoods, 75-70, to earn its 15th win of the season.
The second-place team in the league, Turkey's Fenerbahçe Doğus, beat another Istanbul club Anadolu Efes, 89-84, in the Turkish derby.
Fenerbahçe grabbed its 13th win of the season, while Efes dropped to five wins and 14 losses.
The 20th match week of the regular season will be played on coming Thursday and Friday.
