Title-chasing teams were full of action over the weekend in Turkey's Super Lig as Galatasaray managed to comeback and defeat Konyaspor to continue leading the league.
Sunday evening's action saw Galatasaray having a tough time in front of their home fans, as Konyaspor took the lead just three minutes in the game.
The in-form French striker, Bafetimbi Gomis, missed a penalty-kick in the first half, as Galatasaray was down 0-1 after the first 45 minutes.
The second half, however, proved to be a different story when Gomis made up for his mistake in the first half to score in the 69th minute, equalizing the match with a header.
Galatasaray's substitute winger Sinan Gümüş gave his team valuable three points in the 84th minute with a superb volley to Japanese full back Yuri Nagatomo's cross inside the six yard box.
The comeback win increased Galatasaray's points total to 53, three points better than the second-placed, Beşiktaş, and third-placed Medipol Başakşehir.
