The ruling body FIFA und the International Football Association Board (IFAB) on Tuesday started a first workshop on the use of Video Assistant Referees (VAR).
The IFAB said that representatives from 65 football organizations from around the world were attending the three-day workshop which includes presentations from the American and German top flights were the technology is being used.
Attendees would also be at the England v Italy friendly later Tuesday where VAR will be used, and hear a report from the match referee Deniz Aytekin of Germany.
The rule-making IFAB gave the nod to VAR technology on March 3 and FIFA has decided to use it this summer's World Cup in Russia.
