Reigning Euroleague champions Fenerbahçe Doğuş finished the regular season at the second spot; they will face the seventh seed, Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz.
İstanbul-based club Fenerbahçe recorded 21 wins and 9 losses in the regular season; Baskonia on the other hand, managed to pile up 16 wins and 14 losses.
Regular season leaders CSKA Moscow recorded 24 wins and 6 losses; it will face eighth-seed Khimki Moscow Region.
In the quarter finals, the first team to record three wins in the series will advance to the Euroleague Final Four.
