Turkish, Qatari football bodies sign deal in Istanbul

Turkish and Qatari football bodies signed a cooperation agreement in Istanbul on Friday afternoon.
In a statement, the Turkish Football Federation said the cooperation agreement was signed by Chairman Yıldırım Demirören and Qatar Football Association Chairman Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmad al-Thani at the federation's headquarters in Istanbul's Riva.
The two football bodies vowed to work together on football-related activities ahead of the 2022 World Cup that will be held in Qatar.
After the cooperation agreement ceremony, Qatari officials were given a tour of the Turkish Football Federation's Hasan Doğan Training Facilities.
