The Spanish giants came back from a 10-point first-quarter deficit with four players scoring in the double digits for Real Madrid.
Despite hitting only 22 out of 36 free throws, Real managed to come back in a team effort to take down the Russian giants.
Luka Doncic, who will be joining the NBA Draft in the summer, scored a team-high 16 points and pulled down seven rebounds in the victory.
Sergio Llull also scored 16 points, including five assists.
For CSKA Moscow, four players scored in the double digits, including Nando de Colo's 20 points, but it was not enough.
The final match will be played between Real Madrid and Fenerbahce Doğuş on Sunday at 9 p.m. Serbia time (1900GMT).
