Serie A newcomers Parma have signed until 2021 Ivory Coast winger Gervinho, who returns to Italy after three seasons in the Chinese league, the club said Friday.
The 31-year-old left Hebei China Fortune, where he moved in January 2016 after two and a half seasons at Roma. He earlier played at Arsenal, Lille, where he won the 2011 title, Le Mans and Belgian side Beveren.
Parma are back in the top flight thanks to three successive promotions after going bankrupt and being relegated to the fourth division in 2015.
