Hamilton wins, Vettel spins at Italian Grand Prix
Lewis Hamilton extended his world championship lead with a spectacular triumph at Monza on Sunday where he overtook Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel on the first lap on his way to winning the Italian Grand Prix.

Lewis Hamilton won a thrilling Italian Grand Prix for Mercedes on Sunday to stretch his championship lead to 30 points over Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel, who fought back to fourth after a first lap spin.
The Briton and Vettel made contact on the opening lap, with the German spinning down to 18th place.
Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen took second, after starting on pole position and leading for much of the race in a duel with Hamilton, with fellow-Finn Valtteri Bottas taking third for Mercedes.
