After going up 1-0 in the first half thanks to a deflected shot by Sofiane Feghouli, the Lions increase their lead by finding four goals in the last 25 minutes of the match.
Henry Onyekuru scored two goals, Badou Ndiaye added one, and the final goal was scored by Mbaye Diagne, the league's top goal-scorer.
With the win, Galatasaray increased its points total to 49, but they remain eight points behind league leaders Medipol Başakşehir, who defeated Fenerbahçe 2-1 on Saturday evening.
