Turkish tennis player Başak Eraydın advanced to the second round of the 2019 Wimbledon qualifying.
Sitting at the 211th place of the women world ranking, Eraydın beat Belgium's world number 251 Kimberley Zimmermann 2-1 in the women's first qualifying round in London on Tuesday.
Eraydın, 25, will face Sloven Kaja Juvan, ranking 125, today.
A total of 16 players will gain a place in the main draws after passing through three qualifying rounds in the Wimbledon.
The 2019 Wimbledon Grand Slam tennis tournament will take place in London between July 1-14.
