Belözoğlu will miss a crucial match against France in the UEFA Euro 2020 qualifiers after suffering a broken rib, according to the Turkish Football Federation's statement on Saturday.
Turkey will take on France at the Stade de France in Group H match on Monday.
The 39-year-old is a vital player for Fenerbahçe and Turkish national team. He produced one goal and one assist in six matches for his club this season.
Following Friday's win against Albania 1-0, Turkey remain on top in Group H with 18 points.
Turkey are followed by France as they earned 18 points after 7 matches.
Iceland came in third with 12 points in standings.
