Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski has become the first Bundesliga player to score in each of the first nine games of a season.
The Polish marksman Lewandowski slotted home from the edge of the area in the 53rd minute against Union Berlin on Saturday for a then 2-0 scoreline.
It was his 13th goal of the Bundesliga season, and he broke a tie with Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang who had scored for Borussia Dortmund in each of the first eight games of the 2015-16 season.
The 31-year-old has also scored in all of Bayern's three Champions League matches for a tally of five, and in the first round of the German cup. He only didn't find the net this season in the first official game, the German Super Cup Munich lost 2-0 against Dortmund.
