Real Madrid’s Mariano tests positive for coronavirus

Real Madrid forward Mariano Diaz has been infected by the novel coronavirus, the Spanish football powerhouse said on Tuesday.
"After the COVID-19 tests carried out yesterday on our first team footballers by the Real Madrid Medical Services, our player Mariano, tested positive," Real Madrid said in a statement.
The 26-year-old Mariano is in "perfect health and is complying with the protocol of isolation at home."
Mariano from Dominican Republic is not a Real Madrid regular.
He scored one goal in seven matches this season.
Mariano has a contract with Real Madrid until 2023.
