A Turkish male wrestler, Haydar Yavuz claimed a silver medal in the 2020 Individual World Cup in Serbia on Thursday.
Yavuz lost to his Polish opponent Magomedmurad Gadzhiev 5-0 to have the silver medal in the men's freestyle 70 kg category.
Yavuz faced an injury while Gadzhiev was leading the match 3-0. The Turkish athlete was 5-0 behind 27 seconds to go but Yavuz could not complete the game.
The Serbian capital Belgrade hosts Individual World Cup as the tournament will end on Dec. 18.
