The Philadelphia 76ers re-signed with Turkish guard-forward Furkan Korkmaz, the NBA team has confirmed.
"We're thrilled that Furkan is returning to the 76ers. His work ethic and commitment have helped him evolve into a high-level rotation player in the NBA," 76ers President of Basketball Operations Daryl Morey said on Monday.
The Sixers added that as a team policy they did not disclose the terms of the 24-year-old's contract.
"He's proven to be a dangerous three-point threat and he continues to make great strides as a defender thanks to his length and size. We're excited for Furkan's future here," Morey added.
Last season, Korkmaz played in 55 games, including 11 starts for the 76ers to average 9.1 points per match.
Korkmaz joined Philadelphia in 2017.
He is also playing for the Turkish national team.
