Türkiye dismiss coach Stefan Kuntz, Löw possible candidate
Stefan Kuntz, the coach of the Türkiye national football team, has been dismissed from his position after serving for two years, according to the Turkish Football Federation. The federation expressed gratitude to Kuntz for his contributions to the national football team and wished him success.

Türkiye coach Stefan Kuntz was sacked after two years as the national team boss, the Turkish Football Federation said on Wednesday.
"We thank Mr Stefan Kuntz for his contributions to our national football team and wish him success," the federation said on their website.
The decision to part way was taken following a meeting with Kuntz on Wednesday, it added. His contract was originally signed to run until after the Euro 2024 in Germany.
The former Germany striker leaves Türkiye in second at the Euro 2024 qualifiers.
The federation did not immediately make it clear when Kuntz's successor would be announced.
Germany's 2014 World Cup-winning coach Joachim Löw is a candidate, local news agency Demirören recently reported. There has been no official confirmation of the report so far.
During Kuntz's two-year term, Türkiye won 12 of 20 international games and lost five, according to state news agency Anadolu.
