Kai Havertz will lead the line for Germany in their Euro 2024 last 16 clash with Denmark on Saturday, with Antonio Rudiger also starting despite sustaining an injury in the final group game.
With Jonathan Tah suspended, Rudiger's centre back partner will be Nico Schlotterbeck, one of three changes made by coach Julian Nagelsmann as David Raum and Leroy Sane make their first starts at Euro 2024.
Denmark coach Kasper Hjulmand made two changes from the starting 11 which drew 0-0 against Serbia to secure qualification, with playmaker Cristian Eriksen recovering from stomach issues and able to start.
Thomas Delaney plays in central midfield in place of the suspended Morten Hjulmand and Andreas Skov Olsen was also brought into the side ahead.
