Billionaire businessman Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and the owner of Twitter, said on Friday that the Twitter platform was seeing "all-time highs in usage of Twitter."
Musk also told the Paris VivaTech event that almost all advertisers which had previously left Twitter had come back, or had said they would come back.
