At least four people were injured when PKK terrorists attacked a police station in southeast Turkey on Wednesday, according to police sources.
In Diyarbakır province, two PKK terrorists wearing masks targeted the police station in Yenişehir district with improvised explosives, said the sources, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on talking to the media.
The injured people, including civilians, were rushed to the nearby hospitals.
Security forces later detained two suspects over the incident.
In its more than 30-year terror campaign against Turkey, the PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and the EU -- has been responsible for the deaths of nearly 40,000 people.
