Turkey's Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu on Saturday vowed to transform the Middle East into a "peaceful geography" in an opening ceremony in southeastern Adiyaman province.
Soylu called out countries that want to put the Middle East into trouble in the opening ceremony of police station in Adiyaman.
We promise Kurdish, Arab, Alevi, Sunni people that Turkey will transform the Middle East into "peaceful geography" as we did in eastern and southeastern Turkey, Soylu said.
"We will achieve this all together, with protecting the brotherhood," he said.
Turkey has not been governed with a daily political reflex, the country takes all its steps as part of a strategy, Soylu noted.
"Today we are defeating terrorism not only with weapons, but also successfully fighting against terror with the influence of mothers, and people of every ethnic background in the country, crying and laughing together," he added.
