A magnitude 4 earthquake was reported in eastern Turkey on Friday.
The tremor was recorded in Ağrı province at 8:57 a.m. local time (0557GMT) at a depth of around seven kilometers (over four miles), according to the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD).
No casualties have been reported so far.
Turkey is among the world's most seismically active zones.
Last October, a powerful earthquake in the Aegean province of Izmir killed at least 116 people and injured more than 1,000.
