Turkish first lady Emine Erdoğan marks Eid al-Adha feast
"Feasts make people feel like an occasion to refresh consciousness of servitude and make new beginnings. I wish this blessed Eid al-Adha, when we are closest to Allah with the sacrifice, to increase the solidarity of the humanity," Turkey's first lady Emine Erdoğan said in a social media post on Tuesday.

Turkey's first lady on Tuesday marked the Muslim holiday of Eid-al Adha, or the Feast of the Sacrifice.
Emine Erdoğan said on Twitter that feasts make people feel like an occasion to refresh consciousness of servitude and make new beginnings.
"I wish this blessed feast, when we are closest to Allah with the sacrifice, to increase the solidarity of humanity," she added.
