Yusuf Yazıcı's equalizer from a penalty kick in the 70th minute dashed Wales' qualifying dreams and paved the way for Türkiye to win Group D with 17 points.
Croatia, which defeated Armenia 1-0 on the same day, sealed the other EURO 2024 spot with 16 points in Group D.
Türkiye will participate in the EURO 2024 draws from pot 2.
