Turkish foreign minister hosts Congolese counterpart

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan hosted his Congolese counterpart Jean-Claude Gakosso in Ankara, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said on Monday.
"Protocol on the Exchange of Land Plots for Diplomatic Missions was signed between Türkiye and Congo," the ministry wrote on X.
Political relations between Türkiye and the Republic of the Congo were established in 1960, following Congo's independence.
